He is 39 years old, he graduated in 2006 the University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Targu-Murea and obtained the title of doctor in Medical Sciences in 2013, with a work in the field of infectious diseases, his coordinator being the doctor Adrian Streinu-Cercel.
Since 2012 he has been working at the Central Military Emergency University Hospital "Dr Carol Davila", first as an Infectious Diseases specialist and then as a primary care physician. Since 2016, he has been an assistant professor
On November 17, 2020, he was appointed coordinator of the National Anti-COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign, by President Klaus Iohannis.
